I’ve always been a fan of heavily involving customers during product development cycles. After all, you’re building your “product” for them…if you don’t know what they want or how your product is working for them, what is the point?
This is an interesting new way of capturing feedback, whether for a company or a specific product. I especially like the feedback Apple is getting.
